Blizzard Players Help Fight Cancer October 25, 2008

Bald is beautiful. Just ask the players of the OCN Blizzard. Next Thursday (Oct. 30) at Murray Dunn GM in The Pas, players will lose their curly locks, participating in the Cut for Cancer event. Meanwhile, fans can take part in the action financially. This weekend at Gordon Lathlin Memorial Arena, donations will be accepted as the Blizzard take on Winnipeg Saints in a back-to-back series. Blizzard acquire defenseman from Ice Wolves and send one to the Flyers
OCN Blizzard have traded the Hockey Canada playing rights of defenseman Garrett Brook 19, to the Winkler Flyers for future considerations.
