Strandberg Rejoins Blizzard As Operations Director
The OCN Blizzard have announced that former Swan Valley Stampeders General Manager Leonard Strandberg has been hired as the team's Operations Director.
Strandberg was with the Blizzard for their first three seasons until stepping down as General Manager. He spent five years with the Stampeders and also has experience with the SJHL's Melfort Mustangs.
With the Blizzard, its expected he'll work with Head Coach/GM Doug Hedley on player personnel matters, but will also help re-establish a strong corporate presence in the community.
